About the ministry: Our mission is to provide sacred places of community to honour each other’s stories, find healing through healthy, meaningful connections to Creator God and one another. We provide a holistic approach to serving individuals and families, embracing their uniqueness and highlighting resilience.

We value authenticity, cultural competence for Indigenous participants, choice, safety and dignity of the individual, faith in Creator God, attentiveness to those experiencing vulnerability and collaboration with likeminded others.
A primary focus at NorthWind is counselling those affected by trauma. Other programs for the street adjacent or vulnerably homed include assistance in connecting with recovery programs, and housing. A Sunday evening program offers social connection and spiritual growth.
