About the ministry: HMI has been proclaiming the message of hope found in Jesus Christ in the world of hockey since 1977.
HMI understands that for the people who play, coach and parent, hockey is more than a sport – it is a culture. It is a community where people can become so consumed with winning at all costs that they are blinded to their need for inner peace and purpose beyond the game.
And for those that may recognize the importance of peace and significance outside of hockey, the demands of the sport make it difficult to fill that need through consistent worship opportunities.
HMI has stepped into the camp through our Christian Hockey Camps, Hockey Chapels, Outreach Events and Christian Hockey Literature.
We impact thousands of lives each year with our message and continually strive to do more.
