Bethany Kids

About the ministry: The mission of BethanyKids is to make surgery and rehabilitation available to children in Africa regardless of their families' ability to pay for it. We do this through our pediatric surgery programs in 6 African countries, by training African doctors as pediatric surgeons through our training program in Kenya, by conducting Mobile Clinics across Kenya for follow-up care, and through our team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists at the Joytown School for children with physical disabilities in Thika, Kenya.

A key focus of our surgery program is spina bifida and hydrocephalus.

We do not discriminate in any way in the children and families we serve, but we sensitively share the gospel of Jesus Christ whenever the opportunity arises.
